MAXIMIZE Value Profitability by Contact Made
Establishing an efficient relationship with consumers requires a back-up structure that translates objectives into results. This architecture, i.e. the database, is the backbone of a direct communication campaign, which should have a strong hardware, software and, specially, “brain ware”.

DDM assists you in achieving your goals by using databases created and managed with techniques that ensure efficiency and avoid uncertainties resulting from misclassification or little common sense.

Construction

DDM knows that databases are the raw material to engage customers. This is why we follow three creation strategies:
  • Inward-looking Actions: Reassessing existing information within the company.
  • Outward-looking actions: Assessing and incorporating external lists.
  • Proactive actions: Generating and incorporating new lists.

Managment

DDM assesses, analyzes and optimizes your databases for a highly profitable use.
Optimization strategies
  • Parsing: Displaying data in a grid by fields.
  • Standardization: Standardizing writing criteria for each category.
  • Deduplication: Identifying and eliminating inter- and intra-database redundant data.
  • Updating: Updating the database by categorizing data after a status change.
  • Enrichment: Feeding the database with new information.
Management processes
  • Entries: To entry new data.
  • Erasures: To eliminate useless data.
  • Alterations: To correct data.
Ready To Go (RTG) Processes
Data are functionally displayed to allow immediate transfer to different personalization supports.

Selection

The selection of records for a marketing action may seem a relatively easy task. Groups of people can be selected intuitively, but the real mechanism is to lay down criteria to segment the database in such a way that a speculative selection can translate into optimum results achieved through strong statistical and marketing criteria.

Segmentation Processes
This process identifies specific sectors within a database or a set of databases by means of mathematical techniques, so that members of a group can be classified according to their differential behavior in relation to others

Segmentation techniques require the creation of multidisciplinary teams with professional training in the field of consumer behavior. In DDM we apply the following techniques every day:
Descriptive Techniques:
  • Frequency analysis
  • Cross tabs
  • Cluster
Predictive Techniques:
  • Chain
  • Multiple regression
  • Neuronal networks
